How to Make Crunchy French Fries Without Oil

Potatoes were first cultivated in South America but they are now grown in almost every part of the world. Potatoes are used to make a variety of dishes and you can bake or steam them but most people prefer to fry them.

Fresh fries are popular all over the world but regular consumption can cause serious health setbacks due to the amount of oil used to cook them.

Before you give up French fries, we have a way to prepare this delicious meal in a way that will not cause negative health implications.


2 egg whites

7 potatoes

Ground black pepper

Sweet paprika



Peel the potatoes and slice them into small pieces (1cm thick). Beat the egg whites until they form and add salt, paprika and black pepper.

Stir the mixture well until it evens out. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the mixture. Pre-heat your oven to 200-2200c and put the potatoes inside and cook for 10 minutes.

The potatoes should be golden when you take them out of the oven.

You will have crunchy French fries without oil. You can add other ingredients to improve the taste and flavor.
