This Smoothie Will Help You Balance Your Blood Sugar Level

This is a wonderful smoothie that has plenty of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, phytonutrients and protein. This healthy smoothie will balance your blood sugar level and maintain it right through the day.

You need the following ingredients to make this smoothie:

Filtered water (6 ounces)

Pea protein powder (2 Scoops)

Ground flaxseed (2 tablespoons)

Nut butter (1 tablespoon)

Ice (1 handful)

Fresh and frozen non-citrus fruits (1/2 cup) this can be cherries, blackberries or blueberries.


Blend all the ingredients for 2 minutes.

You can add more water until you get your preferred consistency.

Empty the content in a glass and drink.

This smoothie will provide you with all the necessary nutrients that will prevent your blood sugar levels from spiking.
