People are showing a lot of loves to apple cider vinegar because it is has a lot of uses including weight loss, energizing the body and can also be used to wash your hair. Before you take a whole bottle of ACV just know that there is a right and wrong way to take this elixir.

Many people have resulted to taking straight shots of ACV but don’t as it is a highly acidic mixture that can cause damage to your tooth enamel and esophagus. Dilute ACV with water i.e. 1 or 2 tablespoons with 8 ounces of water.

Now that you have the all important formula, you should know when to drink to get the most of its benefits. You should take ACV drink once or twice every day on an empty stomach. You need apple cider vinegar in your stomach before any foods gets there.

ACV blocks the digestion of starch and this lessens the possibility of a spike in blood sugar. It is also good for gut bacteria that feed on undigested starch and this leads to less bloating for a healthier digestive system.
