Corns and calluses are hard and thick layers on your skin and they form when your skin protects itself from friction and pressure. They mostly form on the toes, fingers, hands and feet. Below is a natural way to remove calluses and corns:

You need the following ingredients:

Three tablespoons of lemon juice

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Baking soda


Adhesive or medical tape


Mix olive oil and lemon juice

Add the baking soda and mix well until you form a paste

Keep the paste in a tight container and away from sunlight

Apply on the affected area and cover with a gauze. Use it as often as needed.

Why this Mixture Works

Lemon juice has high acidity levels that soften the hardened areas.

Baking soda has sodium bicarbonate as an active ingredient and helps to exfoliate the skin. It also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.

Olive oil moisturizes the skin and prevents the astringent properties of lemon juice.
