Carrots have plenty of beta-carotene that is converted into Vitamin A once it enters into our bodies. Vitamin A is good for your eyesight and overall eye health.  Use this recipe to improve your eye health.

Ingredients

For this recipe you’ll need:

Half teaspoon of cinnamon

One Banana

Half a cup of almond milk

Two chopped carrots

One tablespoon cashew butter

Half medjool date

Follow these Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it becomes really smooth.
