Lose 12 Pounds with the Following Egg Diet Program

The following is a low calorie diet program for weight loss. This program should not be used for long term because the body requires calories for energy. If you deprive your body of this important component, you will be susceptible to health conditions that can cause damage to your body.

The Egg Diet Program

Eggs are healthy and have many nutrients and proteins. There is not much foods in this diet program but the eggs will give your body satiety. After seven days, you will lose 12 pounds.

Here is the One Week Diet Program

Day 1

For breakfast: take two oranges, 2 boiled eggs and a single cup of low fat milk.

For lunch: one cup of yoghurt and 6 ounces of boiled skinless chicken.

For Dinner: 5 ounces of boiled skinless chicken, 1 orange and a single boiled egg.

Day 2

Breakfast: take two boiled eggs and one glass of lemon juice.

Lunch: five ounces of roasted fish and one glass of grapefruit juice.

Dinner: take three boiled eggs

Day 3

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a cup of fresh lemon juice with warm water.

Lunch: six ounces of boiled beef and grapefruit juice.

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs.

Day 4

For breakfast, take three scrambled eggs with onion, parsley and dill.

For lunch, take five ounces of cooked chicken with some salad.

For dinner, take one hardboiled egg and three ounces of boiled fish.

Day 5

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 carrots and a tablespoon of sour cream.

Lunch: 2 carrots and a cup of fresh orange juice.

Dinner: 3 ounces of boiled fish and one boiled egg.

Day 6

Breakfast: 5 ounces of low fat yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice.

Lunch: two boiled eggs and two grapefruits.

Dinner: one glass of water.

Day 7

Breakfast: two boiled eggs and half grapefruit.

Lunch: 6 ounces of beef and one cup of orange juice.

Dinner: one glass of water.

A stated earlier, this diet should not go for more than one week and make sure that you take lots of water to maximize weight loss. Once you finish this one week program, you can go back to normal eating but don’t forget to eat plenty of cheese, eggs and grape fruits.
