How to Stop Your Palms and Feet from Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)

Sweating is normal but there are some people who sweat more than normal. This condition is called hyperhidrosis. This condition can cause embarrassment especially when you are around people. A lot of people who have this condition sweat excessively on their feet and hands. There are available medical treatments for this condition but there are many home remedies that stop your palms and feet from sweating, here are the most effective ones:

Baking Soda

Add two cups of baking soda to a big bowl of water and soak your feet and hands for 30 minutes every day.

Tomato Juice

Add two cups of tomato juice in a pail of lukewarm water and soak your hands and feet every day. Scrub for about 30 minutes.

 Baby Powder

You can use baby powder if you don’t sweat a lot.

Tea

Make tea using five tea bags and allow the water to cool down. Soak your feet and hands for thirty minutes every day until you see a difference. This process works because tea contains tannins that act as natural anti-perspirants.

Iodine

Too much sweating can be a sign of iodine deficiency that can cause thyroid disorders. Eat more iodine rich foods to correct this problem. The best iodine rich foods are eggs, fish and natural salt.
