Those with allergies and food intolerance have fuller faces. If you have irritable bowel syndrome or are sensitive to gluten, you may find your face looking swollen. The solution here is to seek treatment for your food intolerance or allergy.

Solve Water Retention

Water retention does not only involve water but sugar, salt and alcohol and it can lead to the accumulation of fat around your face. The solution here is to drink reduce your alcohol intake as well as the foods that lead to bloating. You should also take lots of water to solve the water retention problem as dehydrating makes your body retain more water.

Exercise and Eat Healthy

Cut your calorie intake and exercise to lose body fat. Focus your exercises on all part of your body and talk to your doctor if you have a medical condition.
