The following tests will help you check the purity of honey:
Thumb Test
Place some honey on your thumb
Check if the honey spreads around or if it spills from your thumb
If it does, then the honey isn’t pure.
Pure honey does not spread or spill.
Water Test
Fill a glass with water
Add one tablespoon of honey into the glass of water
If the honey dissolves, then you don’t have pure honey.
Pure honey stays at the bottom of the glass.
