This natural syrup will save you money, it is healthier, effective and better tasting than over the counter medication.

You need the following ingredients:

Half a cup of raw honey

One cup of onion (chopped)

How to Make this Syrup

Place the onions in a stainless steel container and add honey until it covers the onions.

Place the container in low heat and allow it to simmer. The honey will become soft and liquidy. Let it cook for about 20 minutes and remove from heat.

Remove the onions by straining, store the honey is a glass jar and keep in a refrigerator.
