Many people suffer from constipation and it’s mainly because their diet does not contain enough fiber. Eating diet rich foods i.e. those with high amounts of fiber will put an end to all your constipation problems, abdominal pain and bloating. Eat the following foods and you will empty your colon regularly and easier.

Prunes are well-known for their constipation fighting abilities. You can eat prunes directly or drink prune juice and you will note the benefits the following morning.

This vegetable has large amounts of fiber meaning that you will never get constipated. Eat broccoli and you will visit the toilet regularly. Broccoli also contains high vitamin C content plus sulfuric compounds that fight the toxins in the body for cancer prevention.

Sweet Potatoes

These are excellent sources of fiber and will make pooping easy for you. They also have high vitamin A content for better vision.
