One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

1 Teaspoon of virgin coconut oil

Turn the stove into medium heat

Start frying the garlic and onion cloves in a saucepan for about one minute

Once fried, introduce cherry tomatoes and turmeric powder

When the cherry tomatoes become soft, add the can of tomatoes, apple cider vinegar and vegetable stock. Also add the dried basil at this point and allow them to boil.

Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes

Turn off the heat and stir until the soup becomes smooth

Add freshly ground pepper to taste.

The secret of the soup’s power is in the ingredients:

Black Pepper

Fights inflammation and when used with turmeric it raises curcumin’s bioavailability by up to 2000 percent.

Turmeric

It has anticancer properties that halt the progress of certain cancers such as breast, leukemia, colon cancer and melanoma. It also fights inflammation.

Tomatoes

They have lycopene, a carotenoid antioxidant found in tomatoes and this helps in controlling inflammation and protects the body from various cancers.
