4 Ways to Make Water Taste Better
Most people do not have a taste for water, but we all need to make sure that our bodies are functioning properly. If you want to take more water but you are not crazy about the taste, or lack thereof, here are some tips that will make water more enjoyable.
Add fresh fruit
Citrus fruits such as oranges, limes and lemons are water enhancers but there are other fruits that can add taste to water. Try crushing watermelon, raspberries or adding strawberry slices. You can even add fresh mint and cucumbers as well, especially during summer time.
Use Juice
Any fruit juice will add taste to water but the most delicious ones are apple, cranberry, pomegranate and grape juices. Don’t use the juices that have added sugars, always go for natural drinks.
Make it Bubbly
Many people prefer sparkling water to still water this can be in the form of effervescent mineral water or a bubbly seltzer.
Use Ice
Others prefer ice water to room temperature water. You can get creative with ice and use flavored ice cubes. You can make your own cucumber, mint or fresh fruit ice cubes. You can also consider coffee cubes, tea or juice cubes. Make the cubes into different shapes and sizes using different ice cube trays.
